These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Paxila website and all travel-related services offered through it, including but not limited to tours, accommodations, transportation services, airport transfers, attraction tickets, activities, and other travel arrangements ("Travel Products").

Travel Products may be provided directly by Paxila or by carefully selected third-party suppliers ("Suppliers").

By making a booking through Paxila, you agree to:

  • Any additional terms imposed by the relevant Supplier;

If any conflict arises between these Terms and a Supplier's terms, these Terms shall prevail to the extent permitted by applicable law.

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You have authority to make bookings on behalf of all travelers included in the reservation;

  • Government restrictions;
  • Civil unrest;
  • War or terrorism;
  • Transportation disruptions;

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion would be unlawful under applicable consumer protection laws.
